Security Engineering for an Education institution

The Challenge

With school shootings on the rise in the U.S, This school district decided to upgrade its level of security, upscale the technology and environmental security concept

Project Description

The project lasted six months. We started by conducting an assessment of the site, and reviewed all the plans, specs and drawing.  followed by providing recommendations and a road map for implementation. We then developed the security concept and working procedures for that site and provided the client with a booklet of recommendation for implementation that was financially driven and importance scaled. Finally, we conducted numerous security courses for site  security specialists. This also included supervision throughout the implementation process. With the assistance of the report the amount of security specialist on site was decreased

Courses included: introduction to security and shooting incidents in the U.S., the modus operandi of the opponent, the operational work of the security operative, intelligence gathering, questioning methods, sweeping tactics and tactical drills for routine and emergency situations.
